Yes! All documents are archived at hardcopy-online in PDF format. These files can be downloaded to your desktop or viewed on our site.

Records are made available online for two years. After that they are permanently archived and can be made available online by request.
WHAT DO YOU DO TO AVOID CERTIFICATES OF NO RECORDS?
The original data is reviewed for accuracy when we enter the order. If a facility states that there are no records we double check to make sure that they have indeed checked all avenues – aka’s, storage, etc. We do not have them sign the Certificate of No Records until we are sure they have exhausted their search. All Certificates of No Records and/or Statements are reviewed by our Quality Control Department before leaving our office.
WHAT DO YOU DO TO INSURE THAT THE RECORDS ARE ACCURATE?
The original data is reviewed for accuracy when we enter the order. We request that the Custodian Of Records sign the Declaration – Certification of Records Copied stating that they have provided the correct documents. Our Field Representatives review the records as they are copied. Our Quality Control Department audits each file with a 15 point inspection list to ensure accuracy.
WHAT IF I DO NOT WANT TO RECEIVE PAPER COPIES?
Documents are always available at hardcopy-online 24/7. Documents can also be provided on a CD Rom.
